Discouragement, comparison, and isolation are their own type of pandemic among pastors. After connecting with hundreds of pastors feeling discouraged in ministry, and a powerful realization from Dale Sellers' years as a small-church pastor, the Stalled message was born.

Join us for the first-ever Stalled National Conference on November 17, 2020 from 9a-2p CT for an immersive event as we spend less time talking about your church, and more about you. Especially in a year like this, the simple truth is that we can't effectively face the challenges of leadership from an empty soul.

Your Event Hosts

Dale Sellers is the author of Stalled and the Executive Director of 95Network, a nonprofit ministry designed to help small to midsized churches through content, conferences, coaching, and consulting. Dale has been in ministry for 40 years and now travels extensively leading 95Network’s one-day conferences as well as serving as a facilitator for VisionDay. He and his wife, Gina, live in South Carolina.

Austin Savage, Managing Director at 95Network, grew up serving in small churches and has since served on the launch teams for two church plants. He is passionate about equipping churches to grow healthier and make a difference in their communities. He and his wife, Larisa, live near Peoria, IL.

The event will be from 9a-2p CT, with an extended time for Q&A if necessary at the end, and a brief break for lunch.

How will this help me?

In many ways, but we'll try to cover a few.

Your perspective of your ministry role may shift. In this conference, we'll talk a lot about identity, and get knee-deep in how your ministry position should and shouldn't influence your perspective of who you are.
You'll be encouraged and refreshed. Unfortunately, there are many leaders who don't see this as a worthwhile benefit; however, it's true. Not only will this give you a physical break from dealing with ministry-related issues, it will also be a refreshing day of talking straight to your soul as a leader. In the Stalled Conference, we talk way more about you than we talk about your church.
You'll have clear next steps. Everyone will have a different takeaway from this conference. Some leaders are more "stalled" than others, and others are facing unique situations. But one thing is for sure: Through the content and the communal discussion, you'll identify unique next steps for your leadership.
You'll be reminded that you're not a failure. Whether you lead a church of 30, 300, or 3,000, every leader battles discouragement (Even megachurch pastors feel like they aren't "there" yet). This conference will be a powerful reminder that you and your ministry are not seen as a failure to our God.

Who from my team should attend?

This event is effective for pastors, elders, and key ministry leaders (staff or volunteer).

If you can bring a lot of key people from your team, you'll have some great conversations coming out of this event! If you feel like it would be better not to, you will still find a lot of value and clarity moving forward.

Will there be live interaction to answer questions?

Absolutely! All of the event hosts will be active in the chat throughout the conference and in-between each session will be an opportunity for live Q&A about the material in the previous session or about specific applications from the content provided. So come ready to interact!
