Decision Fatigue, Pastoral Exhaustion, and the Role of Social Change (w/ Brian Weber) – Episode 54

Decision Fatigue, Pastoral Exhaustion, and the Role of Social Change (w/ Brian Weber) – Episode 54

Brian Weber is the Executive Minister of Converge MidAtlantic, having the opportunity to work directly with church leaders each and every week. I met him at a conference I did in partnership with Converge a while back and I loved how he thought about the Church.

We recently took some time to have Brian on the podcast to talk about what he’s seeing among the pastors he’s working with, navigating the challenges this year of ministry continues to bring, and some of his own personal passion for leading ministry that brings about change in a community that clearly represents the change happening in the hearts of people.

This is an honest, down-to-earth conversation for you this week!
