Want to Host a One-Day Event for Pastors in Your Area?

Churches

Want to invest in other pastors throughout your community?

For the past year, we’ve been hosting one-day events for pastors of small and mid-size churches all across the country. We’ve hosted 13 events in 8 different states, and it’s been incredible to hear how these events have encouraged, resourced, and supported the church leaders who have attended.

Here’s what we’ve heard from a few pastors in our post-event survey:

“It was great to have a conference that speaks directly to the needs and structure of small and midsize churches. I came away with a pathway of next steps to take begin working on. So many times I have left a conference so overwhelmed with info and without direction that I ended up doing nothing.” – Senior Pastor in Delaware, OH

“Thank you so much for your presentation in Albany. That was very encouraging and the best conference I can remember attending.” – Senior Pastor in Albany, NY

“It was great to be there. The teaching was impactful. Every pastor needs this kind of program.” – Senior Pastor in Virginia Beach, VA

Currently we are looking for other pastors who have a heart to resource the churches throughout their community, and would be interested in scheduling an event for Fall of this year.

These events are casual and personal events designed to equip pastors to build a healthy structure. In them, we cover 5 key growth engines:

  1. Defining and Utilizing a Clear Mission and Vision
  2. Emphasizing Leadership Development in Your Church
  3. Discipleship: A Clear Pathway Versus Many Programs
  4. Clarifying Effective Internal and External Communications
  5. Developing a Healthy Volunteer Culture

Here are the details about hosting an event highlighted in the video above:

1) There is NO COST to host. You don’t have to pay for us to come to your area – the only cost to you is providing lunch for the attendees.

2) You have to be able to get at least 30-40 church leaders in a room. Doesn’t matter the denominational background, but we need you to be connected with the ministries in your area.

3) You need to have a heart for the pastors in your community. At the core of these events is the hope that new connections are made and new friendships are built, and we hope you have that same heart.

If this interests you, you’d like more details, or you’d like to have a conversation about it, let us know! We hope to be in your area soon!
